Gardenia Cottage is a very family friendly house and is almost handicapped accessible.   About 90% renovated inside, new floors, walls, ceilings, central A/C and heat, full kitchen, two bedrooms and also an enclosed porch (climate controlled) that acts like a 3rd bedroom.   Large open area in the kitchen, plenty of room for parking, boat parking and a charcoal BBQ in the back.   The house has a king size bed in the master bedroom and 6 single beds.

Magnolia Beach is a hidden jewel on the Texas Coast.   HUGE discount for month or multi-month stays. Conveniently located between Port Lavaca and Port O'Connor.   No condos or buildup and is NOT a party place. . . great fishing, crabbing, shelling, swimming, sailing or just plain old relaxing..   You can drive on the beach.   Free boat launch, 20 covered picnic areas, public fishing pier, bird walk area (famous for the bird count during winter), playground for kids and a marina at the end of the beach.

Pets are allowed with a deposit and the yard is fenced.

There is a FREE boat launch just blocks from the property.   And space behind the fence to secure you boat and trailer when out of the water.    At the end of the beach area is a Marina, as well

Utility Information:

Monthly rental includes a $200 allowance for utilities (electric, sewer, water) and trash service and DISH TV are included at no extra charge.   Lawn care all taken care of.   With a rental of 30 days or longer, no Texas Hotel Tax has to be charged.   At this time, no extra cleaning fee, but there is a basic damage deposit due for a monthly rental which is refundable.
